SMS opt-in & messaging program

PROGRAM SUMMARY

Koken Labs sends appointment reminders, account/service notifications, and customer-care replies by text — only to people who ask for them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We never send marketing texts, and we never share your number with third parties for marketing.

How customers opt in

Customers give express written consent to receive text messages from Koken Labs before we ever text them. Consent is always optional and is never required to buy anything or receive service. We collect consent through the four methods below.

1. Website forms (kokenlabs.ai)

Our contact and guide forms include an unchecked consent checkbox next to the phone-number field. The customer must check it themselves. It reads exactly:

2. GoHighLevel forms, funnels & booking calendars

When a customer requests a call, books an appointment, or submits a lead form through our CRM (GoHighLevel), the form includes the same unchecked consent checkbox and disclosure shown above before submission.

3. Website chat widget

If a customer starts a conversation through our website chat/SMS widget and provides a phone number, the widget presents the same consent language and the customer must agree before we send any text.

4. Verbal or in-person

When a customer gives us their number by phone or in person, our team reads a disclosure describing the message types, that message and data rates may apply, that frequency varies, and that they can reply STOP to opt out, and we record their express consent before adding the number.

What we send (message types)

  • Appointment & booking reminders — confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices for calls and appointments.
  • Account & service notifications — status updates and notices related to work we are doing for you.
  • Customer-care replies — responses to questions and requests you send us.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Frequency, cost & opting out

  • Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan. Koken Labs does not charge for messages.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. We send one confirmation, then stop.

Privacy commitment

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
