These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at kokenlabs.ai and the services provided by Koken Labs, operated by KOKEN HOME LLC ("Koken Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, contacting us, or communicating with us by text message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Our services
Koken Labs provides applied-AI consulting and implementation services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for paid engagements are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.
Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These SMS Terms apply when you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Koken Labs.
- Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms (or otherwise expressly agreeing), you consent to receive text messages from Koken Labs at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
- Types of messages. You will receive only: appointment and booking reminders and confirmations; account and service notifications; and customer-care replies related to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Koken Labs does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may still contact us by email or phone.
- Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@kokenlabs.ai. Our messaging number is (866) 565-3696.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Changes to your number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us so we do not message a reassigned number.

Intellectual property
The website, its content, logos, and the Koken Labs name and marks are owned by Koken Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as allowed by fair use.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any particular business result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koken Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the applicable service.
